Returns are accepted for 30 days after purchase. Items must be unused, in brand new condition and in unopened, original packaging. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% and you are responsible for return shipping. After 30 days we can not accept refunds or exchanges.

Orders that are being placed on a deposit-basis are subject to the same penalties as a special order item. This means that there are no cancellations of items ordered using this method once the order has been processed. In the event that you do not pay the remainder of your balance after 90 days from the date Nemos Garage receives the item(s), Nemos Garage reserves the right to retain your deposit.
To complete your return, you must show a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Cancellations are subject to a 5% fee. Cancellation means you are canceling an order BEFORE it has shipped from our facility. Once the item has left our facility it is treated as a return. If we have already placed an order for a special order item it can not be cancelled.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and update you regarding the status of your refunds approval.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-14 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look in to it for you.
Sale or Used items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale or used items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 7 days of arrival. It is the customers responsibility to visually inspect the item once it arrives to verify that everything is in usable conditions. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. Once approved you can send your item to: 1910 S. Archibald Ave, Unit H, Ontario, CA 91761. Some items will need to be exchanged directly with the manufacturer.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed/e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser and they can forward the credit to you.

The will-call/pickup option is not a shipping option. This option is reserved for local customers who want to avoid shipping cost by pickup their items up at our Ontario,CA storefront. If you select this option, and you are not local, you will be required to pay the shipping cost. Which may or may not be accurate to what the website quotes.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we pay any portion of the return shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially when returning/shipping expensive items. We can not guarantee (for your shipping company) that we will receive your returned item. If your item is lost in transit we can not be held responsible.
Free shipping promotions do not apply to orders shipping to:
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and U.S. outlying territories (Guam, Virgin Islands, Etc.) International orders and limited other occasions.
In most cases shipping rates will be fully accurate. For larger and heavier items or items that require freight shipping, shipping charges can be more expensive than quoted at website checkout. For the most accurate rate, please call or email us. If an order cannot be fulfilled with the shipping rate you selected, Nemos Garage will contact you to inform you of what the accurate shipping rate is. We reserve the right to cancel any order in which the customer does not want to pay the shipping cost difference.
Financing through Affirm is available for qualifying Nemos Garage customers. However, Nemos Garage reserves the right to cancel any Affirm order at our discretion. The minimum purchase order amount before tax and shipping charges is $250. Any order below this dollar amount using Affirm financing is subject to cancellation.
Affirm qualifications are determined by Affirm and in no way are associated with Nemos Garage. We are unable to help in the case that you are denied access to Affirm financing.
Affirm financing orders are subject to additional fees in certain circumstances. In the event that your order is subject to additional fees, Nemos Garage will contact you and will inform you of the amount of the additional fees. It is then at the buyers discretion at that point to pay the additional fees or cancel the order altogether.
